After a brief partnership as Friend & Story in late 1864 to February, 1865, Friend announced the publication of views by George B. Heywood. The mounts for these credited Hervey Friend & Co. as publisher, and included a Boston address. It isn't clear how long this iteration of the company existed, but Friend announced the dissolution of another partnership, Gould & Friend, in December, 1866.
