Born in Boston in 1897, Paul E. Parker was listed as a photographer in Mount Vernon, New York by 1917. No studio address was given, so it isn't known whether he worked in Mount Vernon, or in New York City as he did later. He served as a photographer in the Signal Corps in France from May, 1918 to February, 1919. He worked as a photographer in the 1920s, though it is not known for whom. His own studio opened by 1932 and operated into the 1940s.
