This photographer is clearly listed as Alex Mond-Schein in the 1933 business directory, but is spelled Mondshein in the alphabetical section of the same directory. His 1925 naturalization records indicate that he was a photographer in that year, and that he arrived in New York in two years prior. He was not found in city directories between 1925 and 1933. His 1942 draft records state that he "has a photo studio in his apartment."
