Lou Sweet was a photographer in Minneapolis, Minnesota by 1897. The following year his brother Frank W. Sweet joined him and the studio was named the Sweet Studio. The catalog of Copyright Entries for 1903 credited the studio as Sweet Brothers, though that name did not appear in city directories at the time. The studio continued into the 1920s.
