Evan M. Comer
American, ca. 1894-1957
MaleComer appears on the 1920 census in Virginia, but was married in October of that year in Cumberland Gap, TN. The 1930 census indicates he was a veteran on World War I. He was a druggist by profession, but notations on the back of photographs in NYPL collection suggest that he was at least the printer of, if not the photographer of, those prints.
