Maidens Stennett Lusby was a well-known photographer in Canyon City (now Canyon), Randall Co., TX, around the turn of the century and photographed railroad construction, the area's agriculture, the university (now West Texas A&M), Palo Duro Canyon, and many other landmarks. He retired in Lockney, Floyd Co., TX, where he ran a plant nursery.
