Otto J. Frank arrived from Peru in 1863. The 1870 Census lists a 16 year old brother Reinhold who was a photographic apprentice in Syracuse, NY. Otto Frank was himself a photographer by the late 1870s. He was naturalized in 1880, and the witness was Christopher R. Frank, also a photographer residing at 515 3rd Avenue.
