No Gender (Business or Collective)It was reported in December, 1871 that Everett & Co. of Des Moines had taken views of the ruins of the Chicago fire. The views were sold by Mills & Co. Both E. G. and James Everett were landscape photographers and portrait painters in Des Moines, Iowa in 1873 and 1874. Presumably, one or both were involved with the studio. The name Everett & Co. was not found in city directories.
