Frank Miele was briefly a photographer, in partnership with his brother Angelo as Miele Bros. As with his brother, his name often appears as Meile, causing considerable confusion. In fact both brothers and the studio are spelled "Meile" in the 1917 directory. That entry is the only reference found for his photographic engagement, and his draft records from the same year give his occupation as a designer of embroideries.
