Ralph C. Burwell was born July 5, 1879 to Alice Belle Burwell in Tippecanoe City, OH. By the 1910 census, he is self employed as a photographer, and was still practicing photography when he registered for the draft September 17, 1918. He is listed without an occupation on the 1920, 1930, 1940 censuses and WWII draft documents. He lived with his mother until her death some time in the 1930s. He died in Tippecanoe City in 1957.
