Williams & Norton was a partnership of William I. Williams and Edward B. Norton. Williams first appears as a manufacturer of Bromo-Gelatine Dry Plates in 1884 at 433-435 Seventh St. His partnership with Norton seems to have lasted only a year. Photographydatabase.org gives an address of 574 Folsom Street which is not found in city directories.
